Dr. Aliza Fisse grew up in Jamaica Estates, Queens, and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian by age 5. She graduated summa cum laude (B.S., Biology) from Long Island University in 2003 and then earned her veterinary degree from the Ohio State University College in 2007. She practiced veterinary medicine on Long Island for the next 10 years, and saw a large need for in-home end-of-life services. Helping dogs and cats pass in the comfort of home surrounded by loved ones became Dr. Fisse’s primary goal. She started performing at-home end-of-life services back in 2016 as a part of her general practice, and has been doing this exclusively since 2020, with over 6,000 procedures performed to date.
Elsa is a Brooklyn native, loves dogs and cats, and has joined our practice with many years of veterinary assistant experience. She has worked with Dr. Fisse since 2014, and has been assisting Dr. Fisse to perform in-home euthanasia services since 2018. In addition to being a life long animal lover and highly compassionate caregiver, Elsa also speaks Spanish fluently. We are thrilled to have her on the team.
Robert was born and raised in College Point, Queens and has been an animal lover for his whole life. He is an experienced veterinary assistant who joined us in March 2022, and hopes to be a part of the team for many years to come. Robert is the proud pet parent to a feisty Yorkshire terrier named Benjamin and a sleepy hamster named Benson. When he's not dedicating his time to helping pets and their families, he is busy caring for his elderly grandparents whom he loves dearly. The compassionate and positive attitude that Robert exudes has made him a great addition to our company.
